If a platform error prevents us from successfully generating your paid file or makes the generated file unavailable for download, please contact us. Depending on the situation, we may provide a refund or regenerate the affected file at no additional charge.

To help us investigate and verify the issue, please provide:

• A screenshot of the error or problem
• The filename of the file you uploaded
• Your payment receipt or transaction confirmation

Providing these details helps us identify the affected job and process your request more quickly.

2. Completed Files

Refunds are generally not offered for a successfully generated and available file if you simply change your mind or no longer need the file.

Refunds are also not offered because the generated content does not meet an expectation, preference, or requirement that was not specified in the tool's available options or instructions.

3. Regeneration

If a platform error affects your generated file, we may choose to regenerate the file instead of issuing a refund. Any regeneration will be provided at no additional charge for the affected job.

4. Payment Issues

If you were charged but the payment or order status appears incorrect, please contact us with your payment receipt or transaction confirmation so we can investigate the transaction.

5. Payment Provider Fees and Processing Times

Refund processing is subject to the payment provider's policies and processing timelines. Any applicable payment-provider fees or processing requirements may affect the refund process.

When requesting a refund or reporting a platform error, please provide the relevant error screenshot, uploaded filename, and payment receipt/transaction confirmation. This information allows us to verify the request and locate the associated transaction and job.
